Festival Director of the Outdoor Outdoor Film Festival (OOFF), Carlie is an experience Recreation Leader and Tourism & Special Events Coordinator. Carlie has been involved with FBC since it’s inception, including working as the Acting Executive Director on Jennie’s maternity leave. Carlie is also the a rock climbing leader with the GTFONB Adventure Club.

Kathy is an enthusiastic climber, she bring lots of energy to the table. She has enjoyed indoor and outdoor climbing for the past two years. She has put that energy to good use for New Brunswick sport climbing, helping develop policies and procedures. She is now looking to focus that energy into helping advance and develop programming for FBC.

Andrien Rackov is a research scientist and lab manager at the Research & Productivity Council (RPC), a not-for-profit Crown Corporation in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where he and his team help clients from diverse sectors answer critical research questions. He regularly engages with existing and potential clients and identifies and acts on growth opportunities. Andrien understands the value of community-driven organizations and is keen to help support the Fredericton Bouldering Co-op in its strategic goals, values, and aspirations. He loves bouldering at FBC and spending time outdoors climbing, hiking, and cycling.

Marcelle has been climbing outside for over 20 years, mostly in New Brunswick, and was a member of the UNB Rock and Ice Club for many years, serving on the executive for 2 years.   She was also a board member for an environmental NGO for 4 years.  I’m a land use planner in my day job and am used to working with local governments and navigating the bureaucratic process for permits.
