JENNIE DOBROWOLSKI
Executive Director (she/her)
Joining the team as FBC’s Program Director and now serving as Executive Director since March 2020, Jennie’s background in program design and implementation for all ages, as well as customer service and outdoor recreation have provided a wealth of applicable experience. Jennie is integrated into our community, living and working in Fredericton for the better part of a decade.

EMMA FARLOW
Program Director (she/her, they/them)
An avid lover of the outdoors, Emma lived in Belize for five years working for a conservation NGO that hosted three wildlife rehabilitation programs for globally endangered species where her role included designing and implementing education and outreach programming . Conservationist, hiker, climber, paddler, diver. She joined the FBC team in the fall of 2020.

OLWYN KLINKER
VP Programming
Olwyn Klinker grew up in Toronto and worked in the Film and Theatre industry for 10 years. She now works as an Educational Assistant helping children with needs. Her two daughters have been involved in competitive sports from very young ages. She has assisted in coaching in Rugby and basketball and has been on many sport committees that her children were involved in. Olwyn is committed to help further the development of the programs and climbing team at FBC.

ANDRIEN RACKOV
VP Strategic Planning & Research
Andrien Rackov is a research scientist and lab manager at the Research & Productivity Council (RPC), a not-for-profit Crown Corporation in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where he and his team help clients from diverse sectors answer critical research questions. He regularly engages with existing and potential clients and identifies and acts on growth opportunities. Andrien understands the value of community-driven organizations and is keen to help support the Fredericton Bouldering Co-op in its strategic goals, values, and aspirations. He loves bouldering at FBC and spending time outdoors climbing, hiking, and cycling.

CALEB MAZURKIEWICZ
Outgoing President
Entrepreneur, Route setter, and outdoor enthusiast. Co-founded CannaWellness Consulting Corp in 2016, and since has acted as CEO. A climbing fanatic with a passion for the proliferation of the community.
