Executive Director (she/her)

Joining the team as FBC’s Program Director and now serving as Executive Director since March 2020, Jennie’s background in program design and implementation for all ages, as well as customer service and outdoor recreation have provided a wealth of applicable experience. Jennie is integrated into our community, living and working in Fredericton for the better part of a decade. Jennie is currently on maternity leave! We wish her all the best and miss her dearly!

Executive Director (she/her)

Carlie grew up in Fredericton and continues to enjoy its trails, swimming pools, and parks. She got her climbing start at the UNB Rock and Ice gym became instantly hooked. She has experience in bouldering, outdoor rock climbing, and ice climbing and has used those skills to compete all across Canada!  After spending several years at the Fredericton Indoor Pool as the Program Director, she came back to us in November 2021 to serve as Executive Director while our Jennie is out on maternity leave!

Program Director (she/her, they/them)

An avid lover of the outdoors, Emma lived in Belize for five years working for a conservation NGO that hosted three wildlife rehabilitation programs for globally endangered species where her role included designing and implementing education and outreach programming . Conservationist, hiker, climber, paddler, diver. She joined the FBC team in the fall of 2020.

Operations Manager (she/her)

Alli joined the FBC team as the Operations Manager in October of 2021.  With her, she brings experience in tourism, customer service, and sport management.  Through working with provincial and community organizations she has built up knowledge of best practices and facility management. She has called Fredericton home (permanently) since 2016 and spends her free time outdoors or cuddled up on the couch with her cats!

Entrepreneur, Route setter, and outdoor enthusiast. Co-founded CannaWellness Consulting Corp in 2016, and since has acted as CEO. A climbing fanatic with a passion for the proliferation of the community.


Software engineer, residential real estate owner/manager, SCUBA divemaster, 15-year UNBRI member, and avid runner and climber.

VP Human Resources

Co-Founder Zenutech Web Hosting, Team leader, Background in Software Development, Server Administration & IT security, Running Enthusiast, TaeKwondo student, pickup Hockey player & FBC Climber since 2019

VP Programming

Olwyn Klinker grew up in Toronto and worked in the Film and Theatre industry for 10 years.  She now works as an Educational Assistant helping children with needs. Her two daughters have been involved in competitive sports from very young ages.  She has assisted in coaching in Rugby and basketball and has been on many sport committees that her children were involved in. Olwyn is committed to help further the development of the programs and climbing team at FBC.   

VP Strategic Planning & Research

Andrien Rackov is a research scientist and lab manager at the Research & Productivity Council (RPC), a not-for-profit Crown Corporation in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where he and his team help clients from diverse sectors answer critical research questions. He regularly engages with existing and potential clients and identifies and acts on growth opportunities. Andrien understands the value of community-driven organizations and is keen to help support the Fredericton Bouldering Co-op in its strategic goals, values, and aspirations. He loves bouldering at FBC and spending time outdoors climbing, hiking, and cycling.
