JENNIE DOBROWOLSKI
Executive Director (she/her)
CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE
Joining the team as FBC’s Program Director and now serving as Executive Director since March 2020, Jennie’s background in program design and implementation for all ages, as well as customer service and outdoor recreation have provided a wealth of applicable experience. Jennie is integrated into our community, living and working in Fredericton for the better part of a decade.

EMMA FARLOW-MCALLISTER
Interim Executive Director (she/her)
An avid lover of the outdoors, Emma lived in Belize for five years working for a conservation NGO that hosted three wildlife rehabilitation programs for globally endangered species where her role included designing and implementing education and outreach programming . Conservationist, hiker, climber, paddler, diver. She joined the FBC team in the fall of 2020 and before moving into the role of Program Director in June of 2021. She is currently serving as Interim Executive Director.

Nat Carson
Coaching Program Manager (they/them/he/him)
​Nat has been with us as Head Coach since 2021 and is now serving as our Coaching Program Manager. Bringing a background in business management, Nat graduated from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University with a B. Comm in Marketing and Business Strategy in 2017. In the years following graduation, Nat developed their love for climbing (indoor and outdoor), coaching, and route setting and has been involved in these areas at FBC since the early days of the Coop. Nat shares with us a passion for community building and great excitement for the continued development of the NB climbing scene.

ANDRIEN RACKOV
President (he/him)
Andrien Rackov is a research scientist and lab manager at the Research & Productivity Council (RPC), a not-for-profit Crown Corporation in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where he and his team help clients from diverse sectors answer critical research questions. He regularly engages with existing and potential clients and identifies and acts on growth opportunities. Andrien understands the value of community-driven organizations and is keen to help support the Fredericton Bouldering Co-op in its strategic goals, values, and aspirations. He loves bouldering at FBC and spending time outdoors climbing, hiking, and cycling.

KATHY STEFANIDES
Vice President (she/her)
Kathy is an enthusiastic climber, she bring lots of energy to the table. She has enjoyed indoor and outdoor climbing for the past two years. She has put that energy to good use for New Brunswick sport climbing, helping develop policies and procedures. She is now looking to focus that energy into helping advance and develop programming for FBC.

IAN MCLEOD
VP Business Development (he/him)
CEO of Envenio, a venture-backed startup, raised $2.1M funding, background in BD and Mechanical Engineering. Former UNBRI member & climber.

ADAM MORGAN
VP Strategic Planning (he/him)
Software engineer, residential real estate owner/manager, SCUBA divemaster, 15-year UNBRI member, and avid runner and climber.

MARCELLE THIBODEAU-HENNIGAR
VP Human Resources (she/her)
Marcelle has been climbing outside for over 20 years, mostly in New Brunswick, and was a member of the UNB Rock and Ice Club for many years, serving on the executive for 2 years. She was also a board member for an environmental NGO for 4 years. I’m a land use planner in my day job and am used to working with local governments and navigating the bureaucratic process for permits.

DEEPAK GIRI
VP Communications (he/him)
Deepak started climbing at the gym in 2023 and has quickly become a regular part of the community. He works full-time in tech, currently an engineering manager at a company named Cvent. Deepak is originally from India, and moved to Fredericton in 2020. Deepak enjoys music, travelling and walking or biking on the trails here in summer. As well as climbing, Deepak plays volleyball and frisbee.

DANIELLE BOUCHARD
VP Research and Development (she/her)
Danielle is a professor at UNB in the Faculty of Kinesiology, specializing in exercise for older adults. Her background includes managing a research lab and leading various national and international research studies in English and French. These experiences have honed her promotion, recruitment, and management skills, which can be directly applied to supporting FBC's growth and development.
While not an avid climber herself, her family has been visiting FBC since it opened in 2019 and her son is a member of the pre-competitive team.
